These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk347 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use pk347. Age verification is mandatory during KYC and accounts of minors are immediately closed.
Each player may hold only one pk347 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and any winnings from duplicate accounts will be voided.
All pk347 bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements detailed in each offer. Bonus terms must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
pk347 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported Pakistani payment methods only.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk347. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These terms are available in English and apply to all players regardless of location, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
Use of the pk347 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Services:

You may be requested to submit government-issued identification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account restriction or closure.
Each player is permitted to hold one active account on pk347 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering your pk347 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify pk347 of any changes promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk347 login credentials. pk347 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk347 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
pk347 reserves the right to request identity, address, and payment method verification at any time. Account withdrawals may be suspended pending successful completion of verification. This process is a regulatory requirement under our gaming licence and is not optional.
All financial transactions on pk347 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk347 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts.
pk347 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your account verification status and location within Pakistan.
pk347 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
pk347 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk347 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant account(s).
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the pk347 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the platform.
Given the centrality of cricket to the pk347 offering for Pakistani players, specific cricket and PSL betting rules are published within the Cricket section of the platform. These rules address Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method scenarios, rain-affected matches, abandoned matches, and mid-match suspension events. Players are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing cricket bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk347 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk347 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

pk347 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, pk347 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk347 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
pk347's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk347 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk347 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We take reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
pk347 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these terms, pk347 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact pk347 customer support via Live Chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk347 holds its internationally recognised gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute between you and pk347, we strongly encourage you to first contact our customer support team via Live Chat, which is available 24/7. The majority of player queries and disputes are resolved at this stage within a short timeframe.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate it in writing to our dedicated Complaints team by emailing the support address listed below. pk347 will acknowledge your written complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute remains unresolved following pk347's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pk347's licensing authority, details of which are available on the About Us page.
pk347 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk347 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
Your continued use of the pk347 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
